I went on a product shopping day and decided to pick up a couple of Julirque and Naturopathica products. I have used Jurlique and Naturopathica off and on for about 5 years now. Despite being pricier than your typical pharmacy name product I love the organic natural ingredients that both brands use. Jurlique in particular has a wonderful lavender like fragrance in a lot of its lotions and creams which is really soothing.
I picked up the wrinkle softening cream mainly because I loved the way it smelled. But, I figured I could benefit from its remedies as well. I have heard that natural products aren’t as effective/strong for combating aging and sun damage as other non-organic/natural products because they dont have the harsher chemicals so I’d like to think that this is perfect for someone my age. I can get the benefits of the natural ingredients and a make my skin healthier with a product that is gentler since I’m still relatively young.
Jurlique and Naturopathica
I also bought the Naturopathica Glycolic Purifying Peel since I have some localized break outs and hyperpigmentation. Having this product in particular be made with natural ingredients really made me feel better about using a peel at home. Since i am on the topic of breakouts, Jurlique’s acne medication works pretty well also.
Jurlique also released their new Herbal Recovery Eye Cream which is supposed to help brighten and de-puff the eye area. I just started using that as well so we’ll see how that goes. I always find it hard to gauge eye creams because depending on how late one stays up and how rough the day was can really effect ones appearance. I really believe that sometimes no product can work magic.

I know I sound like a commercial but I recently picked up these products so I’ll have to gauge its effectiveness in a few weeks but until then I’m happy enough enjoying the wonderful fragrance, texture and natural ingredients.
